Our Prices
A special note for website customers
Because every Job or Project is Unique, we find it is better to provide a Quotation
for each Job or Project individually.
Yes, many website developers list fixed fees for 5 or 10 pages, but you will find
you have to follow their template exactly.
We, on the other hand, treat each customer individually and listen to their individual
needs.
How we do business
- We ask our customers for a Requirement Specification. We will provide you with the
form. This will list all your needs and requirements in the project.
- We will then create a document breaking down all the tasks and include all the costs
involved (quotation).
- If you (the customer) are happy, then we can agree the payment terms and start the
work.
Generally, our prices are as follows. However, discounts are available if
we have spare time available.
- 8 hours or less are charged at £40+VAT per hour.
- Between 8 and 140 hours are charged at £30+VAT per hour.
- Above 140 hours are charged at £20+VAT per hour.
- On-Site Software / Consultancy / Support visits to customers in England and Wales are charged
at £600+VAT per day.
- Local IT Support visits are charged at £15 (including VAT) per hour.

Introduce a customer to us and we will give you 10% of the profits we make in doing business with that customer.
